What’s On?

Looking for something to do this Weekend?  Well look no further.  Book the babysitter and pull out your gumboots – it’s Gumboot Season in the Yarra Valley, and like the new craze Pokemon Go, you will find savings on wine throughout the Valley.  The only thing you need is someone to tell you where to find them.  Well check out this link for more information on which Cellar Door to open.

What to Book:

If it’s more of a hearty, warm and comforting Sunday roast that you are looking for, then I have the answer for you!  Introducing… The Farm Yarra Valley.  They are a new event venue that have just opened their doors and in a rare turn of events have invited the public to experience the rustic beauty of their establishments.  You are all invited to book a seat at The Farm Yarra Valley’s Sunday Roast.  There are limited tickets available for each event and you will need to contact enquires@thefarmyarravalley.com.au .  This week’s meat of choice is beef, while duck is on the menu for next Sunday.  So get your planners out as you only have 3 more Sundays left to choose from.  Which will it be, beef, duck or turkey?

What to Watch?

Tonight is the night to discover Coombes of the Yarra Valley.  If you haven’t read my blog post on Coombe and haven’t been for a scone or two, then you must tune into Postcards tonight.  Bec Judd and the team will show you what all the fuss is about in tonight’s episode.
